Due to the small-batch, handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can begin the replacement process.

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location or selecting a safe alternative such as a carrier access point.

If you believe your package was misdelivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist with providing any necessary shipping details.
